1.How can I buy products on your web-site?

You can order online. Add the products to the cart and continue with the checkout. While registration, we will ask you for some contact information. Make sure you choose the payment method and get confirmation e-mail.

2. Can I buy product directly in the shop?

You can only purchase the products online.

3. Does a customer pay more in case of paying online or by POS terminal?

There is no additional fee by paying online or by POS terminal. The price of product remains the same, no matter which payment method is used.

4. When I get products, after placing an order?

Products are delivered next day after 16:00 o'clock. We deliver products everyday, except Sunday. In case of ordering on Saturday or Sunday, products will be delivered on Monday after 16:00 o'clock.

5. How much does a delivery service cost?

In case of choosing products more than 30 GEL cost, delivery is free in Tbilisi;

In case of choosing products less less than 30 GEL cost delivery fee is 3 GEL in Tbilisi.

For Tskneti, Tsavkisi and other areas nearby Tbilisi, delivery costs 8 GEL.

6.What should I do if I need to cancel the order?

Please, note that you can cancel order only the same day while placing your order.

7. What should I do if I don't like products, which I got?
